Where do shopping list prices come from?
From Biedronka and Lidl in Poland. Prices in your store may differ slightly and promotions aren’t included yet – treat the list total as a good estimate.
Why does the list have more than the recipe uses?
Because in the store you buy whole packages. The list tells you how many packages to buy, and the plan uses the rest in later dishes.
How do I swap a dish?
Tap the arrows icon on the dish card and pick another one. The week’s cost recalculates automatically.
What if the plan goes over my budget?
The plan sticks to your amount. Sometimes it comes out a few złoty higher if that makes the meal plan clearly better – you always see it on the cost card.
Calories and diary
How do I add something outside the plan?
Tap the plus next to a meal. Type a product, scan a barcode or add just a calorie number.
How do I add my own product or dish?
In the add screen, choose “New product” or “New dish” at the bottom.
Account and subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
You can also get there from the app: Profile → Manage subscription. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.
I don’t see Premium after buying
Go to Profile → Restore purchases. Also check that the phone uses the same Apple ID or Google account the subscription was bought with.
I’m changing phones. How do I keep my data?
Create an account in the app (Profile → Sign in or create account) and sign in on the new phone. Restore your subscription with “Restore purchases”.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. We delete your diary, plans and account data.
Cancel an active subscription separately in App Store or Google Play – deleting the account doesn’t cancel it.
No access to the app? Email us from the address linked to the account or include your account ID.
